Have you tried Olay Infinity? They make an ';eye lightening'; lotion/cream that helps lighten up the under eye area. Avon makes one too.
Benefit do a fantastic under eye cover cream - totally gets rid of shadows, hollows and that tired look. Its called Erase Paste, and is about 拢18 in Boots. That reminds me, must get some more!! :)
Oh, and you can do a simple eye exercise that is supposed to work and cost nothing...try raising your lower lids only (keep the top lid up) as if you are squinting, do it slowly thirty times and then squeeze your eyes shut for a count of thirty. Twice a day, firms up the area in a month

Creams can help, but they can only do so much. They only absorb so deep into your skin, %26amp; unfortunately a lot of the issues that cause dark circles %26amp; lines are to do with the underlying tissues %26amp; structures.
To be honest, the only things that will REALLY improve dark circles %26amp; wrinkles are Botox %26amp; fillers (like Restylane). Botox makes the muscles relax, so they stop pulling your skin into wrinkle positions. When done by a plastic surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist who knows what they are doing, the results are very natural-looking.
Restylane is amazing for dark circles. We tend to think of dark circles as being mostly dark pigmentation of the skin. However, that's actually not the biggest factor.
