Does scar reduction cream work on wrinkles?

I'm starting to develop a crease in my forehead from making mean faces all the time and I'm curious if a scar-fading cream would work to minimize it. Or could you recommend a cheap, but effective product.

Honestly I don't know if scar fading cream would help with wrinkles but Artistry has this product called Derma Erase Pen and it is awesome.
