Yes the sun spots will come back no matter what the cost of the cream...only laser type treatments will get rid of them longer with limited exposure to the sun.

Sun block SPF 30+ should be use every single day (Even on a cloudy day ) no matter if the sun spot disappear, also sun light is one of the most important factor of the skin aging process -Avoid sunlight -

If you are looking for home remedy to reduce wrinkles, try this.


Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar - this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.
